Requirements:
- Active membership and in good standing with the MD State Bar.
- Litigation experience is a must.
- 5 years' experience practicing labor and employment law with a focus on employer representation in the private sector (PREFERRED).
- Experience handling employment related litigation and providing legal counsel to employers.
- Solid experience handling depositions, arbitrations, and trials related to employment law.
- Candidates should possess strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing and communication skills and have the ability to work independently.
- The position requires the ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, handle a high volume of cases and the ability to foster client relationships.
- The desired candidate will be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated and work collaboratively within a team.
